Distance is fine for online work. A few things need to be clear first.

   In-app payment may not cover every country pair yet. Confirm before you start.

4. 4. Mind time zones

   Set a regular check-in time that works for both.

   Ad disclosure and tax rules differ by country. Ask a professional if unsure.
