Terms of Service

Rep This Brand operates a marketplace. Businesses (merchants) create campaigns and fund them. Ambassadors apply to campaigns, and when approved they represent the business according to the campaign requirements.

Rep This Brand is not the employer of ambassadors and is not a party to any separate agreement a business and an ambassador may reach outside the platform.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter into a contract. One person or business is responsible for each account.

Accounts are created either as a business account or as an ambassador account. Access to features is limited to the account type.

Businesses pay a platform fee of 20% added on top of the campaign compensation pool at the time the campaign is funded.

Ambassadors pay a platform fee of 5%, deducted from gross earnings before payout. Both fees are shown before you commit.

At launch, funding and payouts are available to businesses and ambassadors in the United States only. Campaign discovery is available more widely, but money movement is restricted to the United States until further notice.

No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing activity. No misrepresenting a business, an ambassador, a location, or campaign participation. No attempt to access another account's data.

We may pause, suspend, or remove campaigns or accounts that breach these terms or present a risk to other users.

Businesses keep ownership of their brand assets and campaign materials, and grant ambassadors a limited licence to use approved materials only for the approved campaign and only while the participation is active.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Rep This Brand is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from campaigns, representation activity, or third-party services.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the product before they take effect for existing campaigns.
