Ambassador terms
These terms apply to everyone who represents a business through Rep This Brand.

This document is a working draft prepared to match how Rep This Brand actually operates. It is pending final review by the owner and a qualified attorney before launch.
You are independent
You are not an employee of Rep This Brand or of the business you represent. You choose which campaigns to apply to and you are responsible for your own taxes.
Honest representation
Be truthful about the business you represent, and disclose that you are a paid ambassador wherever the law or the platform you are posting on requires it. Never claim a qualification, endorsement, or result that is not real.
Campaign materials
You may use only the materials a business has approved, only for that campaign, and only while your participation is active. Do not alter a business's logo or claims.
Earnings and fees
Each campaign shows the gross compensation before you apply. A platform fee of 5% is deducted from gross earnings, and the net amount is what is transferred to you.
Example: $400 gross, less a 5% fee of $20, gives $380 net.
Getting paid
Payouts require a completed Stripe payout account and confirmation of qualifying participation by the business. At launch, payouts are available in the United States only.
Ending participation
You may withdraw from a campaign at any time. Compensation is only earned for qualifying participation that has been confirmed.
