Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Rep This Brand collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

This document is a working draft prepared to match how Rep This Brand actually operates. It is pending final review by the owner and a qualified attorney before launch.
Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and account type.
Profile information you choose to provide: business details, logo and brand assets, or ambassador location, travel radius, interests, and biography.
Marketplace activity: campaigns, applications, approvals, participation status, and campaign materials usage.
Payment information: campaign funding records and payout records. Card details and bank details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Rep This Brand.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace: matching ambassadors with campaigns, showing approved materials, tracking participation, and calculating earnings and fees.
To keep the platform safe: fraud prevention, dispute handling, and enforcing our terms.
To contact you about your account, password recovery, and the status of your campaigns or applications.
Who can see your data
A business can see the profile and participation details of ambassadors who apply to that business's campaigns. An ambassador can see campaigns and only the materials approved for campaigns they are active on.
Private drafts, unlaunched campaigns, and Brand Kit work in progress are visible only to the owning business.
Access is enforced by database-level rules, not only by the interface.
Processors we use
Supabase for database, authentication, and file storage. Stripe for payments and payouts. AI providers for generating campaign creative you request.
Retention and your choices
We keep account and financial records for as long as needed to run the marketplace and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support.
Cookies
We use only the storage required to keep you signed in and to remember work in progress in your own browser. We do not run advertising trackers.
