For businesses
Business terms and campaign rules
These rules apply to every business account and every campaign published on Rep This Brand.
Last updated: 8 September 2026
This document is a working draft prepared to match how Rep This Brand actually operates. It is pending final review by the owner and a qualified attorney before launch.
Campaign funding
A campaign becomes live once its compensation pool is funded. You pay the compensation pool plus a platform fee of 20% added on top. The full amount is shown before you pay.
Funds cover ambassador compensation for qualifying participation on that campaign only. Unused funds remain held and flagged for administrator review rather than being automatically released.
Campaign content
Campaigns must describe honestly what a business does, where representation is wanted, what is required of an ambassador, and what the compensation is.
No illegal products or services, no adult content, no unverifiable health or income claims, and no requirement that ambassadors deceive the public about their relationship with your business.
Selecting ambassadors
You choose which applicants to approve. Selection must not be based on race, religion, sex, disability, age, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
Approving materials
Only materials you have approved are released to your active ambassadors. Approved materials may be used only for that campaign and only while participation is active.
Paying ambassadors
Compensation is released for qualifying participation, after confirmation, from the funded campaign pool. Rep This Brand records every movement in a financial ledger.
Pausing and ending campaigns
You may pause or end a campaign at any time. Compensation already earned by approved ambassadors for qualifying participation remains payable.
